How do I ensure my diving mask fits correctly?
To test the fit, place the mask on your face without the strap, inhale slightly through your nose, and look down. If the mask stays in place without leaking air, it is a proper seal for your face shape.
What is ODG's return policy on life-safety equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused gear. However, for life-safety equipment like regulators and BCDs, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all certification tags attached to ensure safety standards.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy dive tanks?
We ship most gear globally; however, due to weight and safety regulations, scuba tanks and lead weights are currently only available for domestic shipping within the continental United States.
How often should I have my regulator serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a professional service every 12 months or every 100 dives, whichever comes first. ODG provides authorized servicing for all major brands we carry.
Are the products sold on ODG covered by manufacturer warranties?
Yes, as an authorized dealer for all brands listed on our site, every product comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. We can also assist you with the claims process if a defect occurs.
