Returns & Exchanges

At Online Dive Gear (ODG), we want to ensure your underwater adventures are safe and comfortable with the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ODG account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our dive technicians inspect the gear to ensure it is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
